Venkatesh Daggubatti is a huge name in the Telugu Industry. He has not only been deemed as one of the most versatile actors of the South Indian Cinema but is also considered as an age-defying charmer. Having predominantly worked in the South Industry for the larger part of a three-decade career, Venkatesh enjoys a super fandom in the South. His recent outing as F2 Fun and Frustration was a huge success which released on Sankranti this year. The makers are planning to turn it into a franchise with and working on F3. Now, as per a few reports, Venkatesh has hiked his fees. The reports suggest that the Gopala Gopala star who was charging Rs 5 crore per film, has doubled up the remuneration. The reports say that Venkatesh has quoted Rs 10 crore per film as his fees. You read that right. Venkatesh owned the satellite rights of the films that were made under his production banner. While that still prevails, Venkatesh has decided to hike his remuneration.
A source told a Tollywood entertainment site that since many young actors are charging huge amounts, it's only fair for Venkatesh as he deserves it. Having worked in the industry for so long, this decision of Venkatesh is not a surprise.
